On the KAD program we work with The Edge Human Performance Lab (Nutrition consultants for George Russell) to give Parents and Karters the knowledge to make sensible, evidence-based decisions on what and when to eat to maximise Energy, Concentration and Stamina at the Track, School and at Home.

Sleep & Recovery

With some young karters testing and racing over 100 days a year it's vital they understand the importance of recovery. If we don't have a clear plan on how we cope with this, accumulation, performance can decrease dramatically.

At KAD we give our karters monthly tasks to master, which focus on a variety of different physical and mental skills, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, balance, discipline, patience, and perseverance to name a few.

Mindset Education

Drivers aim to maximise their potential by training hard in the gym and honing their driving skills testing or in the simulator.  However, training and tuning their mental skills is often forgotten.

Developing the racing ‘mindset' of a driver can be the missing element that makes the difference between a poor or successful performance.
