Well-Being and Skill Acquisition
When our athlete completes each task, it is ticked off in their personal membership area allowing them to progress onto the next tier.
Well-being and skill acquisition tasks include:
- Learning how to juggle.
- Setting screen time limits on smart phones and tablets.
- Helping to prepare a healthy meal with a parent.
- Learning to skip.
- Packing their own race kit the night before travel.
