Silver
Training
Package

The silver program is specifically aimed at teams or groups of friends that would benefit from training together. Each group should be between 3 (minimum) and 5 (maximum to keep individual contact time high) young athletes who wish to train at the same time as each other each week. 

What’s included?
Physical Training

Weekly team/group online training sessions (3-5 athletes).

Progress assessment every 8 weeks with feedback to parents.

Access to the KAD Driver warm-up video. Simply follow the exercises and tasks to make sure your karter is physically and mentally ‘switched on’ to race.

Nutrition Education

  • Monthly ‘Fuel like a champion’ recipe books from The Edge HPL (George Russell’s Nutritionists).
  • Access to the KAD Private Instagram nutrition page for advice on healthy eating etc which features dozens of incredible recipes, snacks etc and is updated monthly.

Also included

Mind Set Education

Monthly mindset video education from one of our mindset coaches David Mcmillan or Greg McColl.

This will give you an insight into the areas that can be developed to improve your racing mind set.

Topics include:

  • Start with the ABC’s
  • Confidence, competence, and beliefs
  • Are you comfortable…?

Vision Training

Monthly video education from Dr Zoe Wimshurst (who has worked with Alex Albon and Lando Norris to name a few).

This will give you tasks, skills, and advice to take your racing vision to the next level!

Topics include:

  • Visual warm-ups.
  • Focus flexibility.
  • What not to do!

Sleep & Recovery

  • The KAD 11 step better sleep guide.
  • KAD sleep log.
  • Monthly video education from Sam Sadighi our certified sleep partitioner.
  • Sam’s videos will give you an insight into how to improve all aspects of your sleep routine.

Well-being and Skill Acquisition

At KAD we give our karters monthly tasks to master, which focus on a variety of different physical and mental skills, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, balance, discipline, patience, and perseverance to name a few.

KAD: Silver Training Package

Cost: £179.00 / month

  • Weekly group training sessions for up to 5 karters per group.
  • Progress Assessment every 8 weeks with feedback to parents.

  • Monthly skill and exercise acquisition tasks to complete. Examples of these maybe learning to skip or juggle.
  • Access to monthly education on all aspects of the KAD program.
